Welcome Friends and Neighbors!

Like the dutiful citizens we are, Tierrasanta Villagers are observing the Covid-19 quarantine and isolation regulations to the greatest extent possible.  Accordingly, our normally busy schedule of activities and events has been suspended.

we are using this "break in the action" to streamline and strengthen the TVSD organizational structure. additionally, Some villagers are supporting other community organizations with Food Drives, mask construction and so on.

Please feel free to browse our website, and check back for our activity schedule when Covid-19 restrictions are relaxed.

1. We are still accepting your donations of used eyeglasses, sunglasses, and cases and holders to be given to the Lions Club. If you have any of these items to donate, please drop them off at Marc Narkus-Kramer’s house. He has set out a box (labeled “Glasses” ) on the bench near his front porch.  Or, you can contact him, Marilyn Bente, or Fran Zweibel for pick up.

And don’t forget about the non-perishable food items for the food bank. We’ll be glad to pick up those items as well. In this time of high unemployment rates, your donations are much appreciated.

Thank you so very much for your generosity!

Baby's First Exam
A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room, waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby's first exam. The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, checked his
weight, and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast fed or bottle fed.

"Breast fed," she replied.

"Well, strip down to your waist," the doctor ordered. She did.

He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while, in a very professional and detailed examination.

Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said, "No wonder this baby is underweight. You don't have any milk."

I know," she said, "I'm his Grandma, but I'm glad I came."
